How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 2-5 days depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 48 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available across 19,000+ pin codes in India with a small surcharge. If your pin code isn't serviceable for COD, the option won't appear at checkout.
What's the minimum for free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over ₹300 for Indian customers. International orders have shipping charges added at checkout.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your phone model and preferred style, add to cart, and checkout. We accept UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive tracking updates via email and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number.
What is your return and refund policy?
15-day return window. Damaged or wrong products get a full replacement or refund. Products received in good condition are eligible for store credit. Special sale and promo items are non-refundable — we mention that on the promo page and during checkout.
How do I initiate a return?

What does the warranty cover?
All electronic products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order details to claim.
Do your cases support MagSafe and wireless charging?
All our cases support wireless charging. Situationship cases, Clarity cases, and Kickstand cases are also fully compatible with MagSafe accessories.
What's the difference between Dopamine, Clarity, and Situationship cases?
Dopamine cases feature an integrated kickstand and an E-Ink screen — upload your own images, designs, or quotes to it via the Macmerise app. Clarity cases are crystal-clear and anti-yellowing, showing off your phone's original design. Situationship cases come with interchangeable art plates so you can switch looks based on your mood.
How do I find the right case for my phone?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → General → About and check the Model Name. Search for that model on our site — the matching case will fit perfectly.
Are your cases protective?
Yes. All cases have raised bezels for camera and screen protection, shock-absorbing bumpers, and precision cutouts for all ports and buttons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, net banking, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
How does the AI Customiser work?
Type a prompt describing what you want, our AI generates the design, and we print it on your chosen product. Think it, prompt it, wear it.
How long do AI-customised orders take?
Same as regular orders — dispatched within 24-48 hours, delivered in 2-5 days.
Can I upload my own images?
Yes. You can upload your own images and stylise them using our AI tools before printing.
What's the minimum order for corporate gifting?
We work with orders as low as 100 pieces. Reach out for custom quotes — we handle everything from design to delivery.
Can you add company logos?
Absolutely. Full customisation including company logos, brand colours, and custom packaging.
Where is Macmerise based?
