Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item just because, you’ll cover the return shipping, but we’ll refund you the shipping cost in store credit. If the product was damaged or defective when it landed on your doorstep, we’ve got you covered and will take care of the return shipping cost.

Q: How will I receive my refund?

Once we get your return and give it the once-over, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit to your Macmerise account. The best part? That store credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you want.

Absolutely! If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
